Ebony City Soccer hosts FAMILY DAY to Kickoff 40th Anniversary Celebrations on SATURDAY APRIL 30, 2022

They have been magical since 1981. The Ebony City Soccer Club Youth Development program, better known as the Lil’ Peles, celebrates 40 years!

Osei and Sadeeka Chandler, along with a great friend, Jorge ‘Cito’ Lindsay, founded this club at the request of community leaders in the Robert Mills Manor Housing Complex in Charleston. They won a Recreational Championship their inaugural year and have sustained their winning ways under the leadership of its current President, Coach Vincent Ashby, and the Vice President, who wears several hats, Nicole Ashby.

They kick off this milestone anniversary on Saturday, April 30th, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Gadsdenboro Park, Downtown Charleston. Come where you will be celebrated, not tolerated.

Food, fun and family on display. Dress comfortably, bring your lawn chairs and your soccer shoes. Please support this magnificent club!
